I love your use of SU products. I am going to a SU card group tomorrow and will be sure to post what we create :) When I stamp sentiment for textured paper I like the SU Word window and then mat it on a colored cardstock. I pop dot it too to give it dimension. HTH!
I'm so glad you have a blog now - I follow you on you tube but I am more likely to follow and read blogs.
I love seeing the watercolor technique. I've never tried that before but it really looks like watercolors - I love it.
Also, I'm with you about not being able to stamp on patterned paper - I can never get it to look right either - I always have to use a piece of solid cardstock. It may depend on the kind of paper that is used.
Thanks for the tutorial and keep it up - love your blog !
Just found your blog and wanted to say congrats on being on the DT!! I watched this video and wanted to share something about staz-on ink and the clear stamps.. it is very abrasive on them and some say it eats them over time. I switched to Momento Tuxedo black ink and it works awesome with watercolor and inks. Just thought I would share. Have a great day Peggy www.createwithbubbe.blogspot.com
